The Nerf stampede is a great gun all around and here I will go over the goods and bads of the gun
Goods:
The stampede has a very high ROF(about 3 darts per second on good batteries)
It comes with 3 eighteen dart clips, 1 six dart clip, and 60 streamline darts(There are also deals out there where you can get 100 darts or i saw one at costco where it came with the bandolier kit, a carry strap, and i think 3 more clips)
It comes with a pop-out bipod that attaches to any tactical rail for steady firing
It comes with a blast shield that comes in very handy when rushing in a war sometimes
It includes 6 tactical rails
Bads:
It uses 6 D batteries(not included), making it very heavy(a bit lighter than a vulcan)
It will not shoot at all without batteries
It costs an average of about 50 to 55 dollars at retail stores making it the most expensive Nerf blaster to date
Overall:
The stampede is one of the best Nerf guns i have ever used. It isn't too heavy and it is very comfortable. Also it uses the clip system which means that it can fire 35 darts from the Raider drum!!! : ) The only real downfall about this gun is that it is does not shoot without the batteries and that it is a wallet emptier!
i think the 50 double drum is fake for unexplected imbalance when emptying, assuming that if it was real it would fill in an S-shape so the drums counter-rotate and when the first drum gets full, the darts load off to the second drum. Like that. Would it still use the same flexible stick as the raider or alpha trooper drum? It is what it uses to make the darts go around the drum. That's a good poll question. DO IT!
